Looking for a gym & personal trainer in Lisbon

Hi all,
I'm looking for a gym- the kind that has machines for workouts- and that has an English (or French) speaking personal trainer. I'm recovering from a car accident in June, and my physiotherapist recommended I do some muscle building and general fitness training.
Any suggestions? I'm near the Anjos metro, but don't mind traveling.
