Relocation Expert & Starting a business (Ljubljana)

Hello,
I just joined the Internations forum because my husband and I are looking to relocate to Ljubjana later this year. We are planning to come for another visit in late May/early June and are looking to work with a relocation expert or real estate agent to look at properties. Can anyone make recommendations on someone we should work wtih?

Additionally, we are contemplating starting a small business and are interested in working with a consultant or a company that can assist us in understanding the laws and regulations. Is anyone aware of a company that offers these services?
