Play dates/babysitting (Lugano)

Hi there! My family and I are living in Lugano. We would like to have play dates with some kids who speak English. My daughter is 5, but I am sure that she would be happy to play with a range of ages. I am also available for babysitting children for errands, date nights, etc. Thank you very much,
