admin, no community (Lyon)

Hi,
I am currently based in Vichy, France. Internations wants me to choose a community. and it suggests Lyon or Grenoble,...cities that are far from me and the events don't interest me.
For the time being I do not wish to be part of a community other than the city where i live.
help me please.
