Do you know any good orthopedic surgeon in Miami?

Hi everyone,

I need help in finding a (very good and highly reccomended) orthopedic surgeon in Miami.
I need to have a small operation (well, actually I hope it will be a small one...), consisting in removing a metal pin inserted in my tibia for a knee surgery years ago.

I work for the UN in Haiti, and Miami is the closest destination in the US for medical care, but the offer is so big that it makes it somehow more difficult to choose a doctor.
