Newbie (Montpellier)

Hey there! I have just moved to Montpellier from Australia, and while this is a beautiful city, I’m finding the whole relocation process a little over whelming. I hardly speak any French and I am finding it a bit difficult to know where to start. So does anyone have any suggestions for me? Maybe a place I can learn French for little money, or even free if that exists?
