Tax on real estate when renting in Montreal (Montréal)

Hi,

My query is a specific one and I hope that some foreigner in Canada has gone through it and can advise me on:

What the tax is on real estate when renting in Montreal and the owner who is a foreigner is living OUTSIDE of Canada.

I am thinking of buying real estate in Montreal, however, there is also a possibility that within the next year or two I will be posted elsewhere. So I am pondering if it is worth buying and if I were to buy I need to know what tax I expect to pay (on top of all the existing ones) for renting out my property if I take up a position outside of Canada.
