Endocrinologist Recommendation Requested (Moscow)

Hello,

We are considering a relocation to Moscow from the USA. Our son currently sees an endocrinologist every 4 months. He has been diagnosed with Human Growth Deficiency-his body makes no growth hormones at all. He receives nightly injection of Human growth Hormones and will do so until he has completed growing (approx age 18).

1) can you recommend an English speaking Endocrinologist (with contact info)?
2) is Human Growth Hormone available in Russia (assuming it is a prescription as it is here in states).
