Feedback needed - new webservice for expats (Moscow)

We, a few grads from Berkeley, Stanford and Columbia, just launched a new apartment search web-service for english-speaking community in the city. We would kindly appreciate your feedback! :)

It is still in a stealth mode - Protected content . We will move to new domain as soon as the product is up and ready.

Our mission is to improve transparency and trust on the Moscow real estate market and make it equally available for both English-speaking community and locals.

Our value prop:
1) Complete database of verified and up-to-date listings, so you see all what locals see and even more - no duplicates, no fake and just went-out-of-date listings. We built a quite complicated piece of "big data" technology to make it possible :)
2) Our friendly English-speaking brokers are also neighborhood experts. Their pay depends on your feedback, not a sales volume - so, there is no sales pressure. In result, you work with people who want and are capable to find exactly what you need, rather than to "sell" you what they have as all others do.
3) We charge a flat success fee Protected content rubles - if and only if we help you find your new home. We are the only broker in Moscow who charges flat fee and the only ones who will help you to negotiate the rent.
