Since crisis my trips to Beef Bar, Green, Bon, Carre Blanc, et al. -90% but I still want to eat well. Fortunately we can cook at home and find just about everything in Moscow except ~> Why no steak in the shoppes? If you can order virtually any cut of beef from New York Strip to a Porter House in the restaurants, why do they not sell steak in anywhere? Not even a basic filet mignon. 8 years in Moscow and still a mystery...any advice? Thank you and Merry Christmas.
