Motoco (i.e. More To Come) is a group of students, educators, alumni and start-ups from the design and arts professions.
They have an open house each first Sunday of the month.
Opening at 11.00 til 20.00.
Address: 13 rue de Pfastatt Protected content (not far from the city centre)
Suggestion: Meeting at 13.00 in the bar area, "guided" tour starts at 14.00 but one can move around freely as well.
The artists/designers and their work can be visited at their workshops in this historical Mulhouse factory (its a huge building and intersting by itself)
There is a bar and some food , quite some Mulhousians to meet there as well.
Our meeting there could be considered the kick-off for an Internations Mulhouse Culture Activity Group
motoco creates equipment, furniture, tools, methods, structures, rules, manuals, networks, media, skills and strategies for design under postindustrial conditions. motoco is about self-help for empowerment, exchange and exploration. motoco is fascinated by difference, mobility and multitude as resources for design. motoco involves design students from France, Germany, Switzerland, Croatia, Serbia, Greece, Hungary, Turkey and India. motoco calls for the creative minds of all cultures. Results of motoco are open-sourced, actively shared and for free.
