Diploma/Bachelor's in IT
CCNA/A+/N+: MCSE or relevant qualification
6+ years of working experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
Hands-on experience supporting and resolving diverse desktop software and hardware issues.
Extensive experience in:

The latest Windows-based operating systems (PCs, servers), administration and troubleshooting
Proficiency in Linux operating systems, including administration and troubleshooting
Active Directory administration and troubleshooting
Microsoft Exchange administration and troubleshooting
Microsoft Protected content and troubleshooting
Network and firewall issues, including network configuration, security management, and troubleshooting.
VPN administration and troubleshooting
Actively assist in evaluating and planning the network capacity to address both immediate and future business needs, as well as upcoming technological developments.
Design, deploy and support EDO LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, switches, UPSs, and other infrastructure hardware and software.
Configure, implement, and support firewalls, site-to-site VPNs, remote-access VPNs, network products, services, protocols, and standards to maintain a secure and reliable network as per best practices.
Ensuring that all network and system operations comply with relevant industry standards and conducting regular audits to maintain and verify this compliance.
Implement, configure, administrate, and support an active directory.
Maintain and manage the Domain Name Service (DNS)
Installing, configuring and support OS such as Windows Server and Linux
Integrating all network components to ensure best practices, security, and performance.
Planning and regularly installing all security and recommended patches/upgrades with minimum downtime.
Engage in and oversee all technical aspects of network operations, including installation, configuration, upgrades, maintenance, support, and optimization of network components.
Planning, configuring, and managing backup and recovery sites.
