Which bank to take in Muscat

Dear Expat community,

I am a German national currently working in Hamburg, Germany, for an international oil company. I will be moving to Muscat in March. Therefore, I was looking at where to open a new bank account.

Can anyone give me any advice, recommendations or information regarding which bank to take and which bank has the most favuorable conditions regarding credit cards?
