January 24th Event for InterNations Delhi - Need Help with Planning (New Delhi)

Greetings all. :-) Our next event will be held on January 24th, most likely an evening affair.
We are looking for volunteers to assist in planning our next event. Suggestions for venue at a central location, entertainment, etc. would be greatly appreciated. It would be nice to showcase traditional Indian performance arts if at possible, along with drinks and snacks...
We can either meet up and discuss or do it here on this thread. Thanks in advance for all your imaginative and interesting ideas!
