Tai Chi Qigong is the ancient Chinese practice for balancing and cultivating Chi, the "intrinsic life energy", aligning breath, movement and awareness for physical strength, longevity and above all mental balance. In these two open classes you will be introduced to the basic movements and breathing exercises of Tai Chi Qigong.
A 6 week Intensive Workshop starts on Wednesday Sept 18th.
