Living and taxes cost in NY (New York)

Hello,
My husband received an offer to work in NY, but we want to make sure that it is enough for paying taxes, housing, utilities, health, etc

Can anybody help me to figure out how much I have to pay for a family of 4, if we live in Westchester and rent a house there and work in Manhattan? We already now th cost of renting but No idea of: utilities, health, education, local taxes etc
