Looking for German-English speaking office manager (New York)

Looking for an English/German speaking part-time office manager to help a thriving doula and lactation consultation practice in New York City.

Hours:

Protected content per week

Duties:

Answering inquiries via email/phone
Client sales calls
Handle client requests
Preparing contracts, invoices, healthcare bills
Social Media (Facebook, Mailchimp, Instagram)
Prepare classes, workshops, events
Keep doulas and baby nurses trainings updated
Maintain contact lists
Attend doula meetings in Brooklyn
Help/organize with charity organizations we are involved with

Requirements:

German speaking
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. scanners)
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proofreading skills
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Managing/writing campaigns on Social Media (Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram)
Flexible with work hours , able to work on weekends and evenings
Caring, confidential and empathic

Tasks:

- Answering emails in German and English
- Sending out contracts for clients, meeting reminders, scheduling of meetings
- Preparing clients files
- Updating Mailchimp
- Help with SEO for Facebook page
- Other office tasks
