Summer 2 bedroom Sublet with Cat (New York)

We are subleasing our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on the UWS from approx 28th June- 10th September, fully furnished, all TV subscriptions, newspaper subscriptions etc included. One catch- it comes with a friendly ginger feline named Arbuzik (photo attached) who will need to be fed, watered and changed (all supplies included) for the duration of your stay.
The area:
Upper West Side
Our place is on the lovely West End Avenue, a few blocks walk from 1,2 and 3 trains and not far from B and C either. Central park is a 10 minute walk away and Whole Foods, West Side market and various farmers' markets are a permanent fixture of life here. There is an Equinox gym close-by for all gym bunnies.
The apartment:
The building is a gorgeous pre-war currently undergoing facade renovations. Although it is covered in scaffolding, the majority of the work on our side has been completed and therefore there is little to no noise.
There is a full-time live-in super and elevator in the building. We live on the 6th floor.
The apartment is newly renovated with a huge eat-in kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and extra sofa bed in the living room which sleeps another 2 people. We will provide you with wireless internet and cable TV subscription as well as HBO and Netflix access. There are 2 flat screen TVs - one in the living room and one in the master bedroom for nights in and plenty of amazing neighborhood joints for nights out!
The apartment also features plenty of closet space, an extensive library and a lovely bar area.
Price and dates:
We are relatively flexible with the dates but has to be after 28th June and for as long as possible up to 10th September. The apartment has 2 prices: cat-free price - $ Protected content month, and a cat-ful price $ Protected content month.
