German classes (Nuremberg)

Hi,
It has been just over a month now since I have moved to Nuremberg and feeling like I need to get my german language up to speed. Looking for guidance and advise on various language programs. I am open to local government offered programs to private institutions.
Any guidance will be appreciated here.
