International experience plays an increasingly important role in today’s business life. A large proportion of employees either are sent abroad by their employer and/or apply for a job abroad on their own. Therefore, we want to identify reasons why employees, who expatriated and now live and work in a foreign country, are willing to stay abroad, decide to move to another country and / or strive to go back to their home country.
Thus, for this survey, employees currently living and working in a foreign country (outside of their home country) for longer than at least one year are of central interest.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to respond to the survey and/or to forward this e-mail to your partners and network, so that we can attract more participants and thereby achieve a better data base to derive solid implications.
