Amateur football club (Oslo)

I am Norwegian by origin and just about returning to Norway after being an expat for several years in the Netherlands. I loved the expat community down there and since I am not a native Oslo'er either, I thought I'd look up the expat community in Oslo as a good starting point :-)

First question though....
I love football, not only to watch, but also to play. I was wondering if there was an amateur football club anywhere in the Oslo area that had a sort of expat community attached to it?
