Masculine & Feminine Leadership Style (Oslo)

Hi,
I'm Dr.Murad YUKSEL in Balikesir University , in Turkey and conducting a research study entitled “The Relationship between Masculine/Feminine Leadership Style and Glass Ceiling Syndrome”. So we can learn whether there is a differences between masculine leadership style and feminine leadership style.

In research study, data will be collected from different organizations such as hospitals, hotels, banks, textile firms etc. and from different countries such as Austria , Belgium , China , Finland , Israel , Japan , Malaysia , Netherlands , Norway , UK , US, and Turkey .

It will take approximately Protected content to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
