get panama permanent residency (Panama City)

Hello, i'm korean
I'm looking for panama immigration and i've just found friendly nation visa.
As far as i known i have to deposit Protected content in panama bank and establish corporation to get permanent residency. Is it right?

I would like to do a small website business. Is it ok to establish a corporate by website business?

how much does it cost to apply the permanent residency program through the local lawyer ?
Could you recommend any good lawyer?
