Twinkle Twinkle .... (Panama City)

Dear All,

A question that always comes up is: What's a Twinkle? what do I do about it?
In my very personal point of view I rather send direct messages, and now there's an option for that.

Since recently, members are able to select in their privacy settings who may send them a twinkle. Here you have the option to select
1. No one;
2. My direct contacts or only
3. All members

This way, everyone who doesn't want to be twinkled can just change their settings, and therefore never again be twinkled ;)

Hope this is useful for everyone and the ones that asked me.
