What do you do for fun? (Panama City)

Hi everyone!

I am new to the site and relatively new to the area as well, I have lived in Panama in different areas for about half a year combined. Currently I am close to the area La Villa, where I am running into the newfound problem of what to do to keep myself busy.

I would love to hear your suggestions or ideas. I find I’m having a creative block of what to try, I live with my boyfriend who is Panamanian and going to school here, and the immediate area does not have beaches or coffee shops or libraries- anything like that like I was used to in the city I lived in before. We don’t really have many friends in the area either. I was wondering if there was a way to find volunteer opportunities maybe?

Anyways, sorry for the rambling, to summarize, what do you enjoy doing for fun? I’d love to hear!
