Moving to paramaribo with teenagers (Paramaribo)

Dear all,
By the end of this year we plan to move to Paramaribo with my family. My husband and I will bring two teenage children , a boy of 13 and a girl of 16. We visited Paramaribo end of august, unfortunately the schools just closed down for the holidays. We could not get proper information about schooling and getting in contact with families was also not possible. We don't have any expat experience jet. I would like to get in contact with other families in Paramaribo with children in that age-group and learn from their experiences. Wo would like to help me with that?
