Admin / Logistics Assistant position available (Paris)
In addition to assisting and reporting to our Legal, Compliance and Human Resources Manager in France, you will:
Assist the Management based in France;
Preparation of presentations;
Office Administration Management;
Coordination of supplies and logistics in multi-projects;
Monitoring and optimisation of supply and delivery schedules;
Purchase administrative follow-up;
Supplier reminders and administration;
oinvoice verification ;
oletters, mail, scanning, filing, copying, office supply orders and translation ;
omiscellanous administrative tasks and applying the group’s procedures.
You speak English and French.
Positive, dynamic, detailed and solution orientated personality who can work well in a team.
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and interact effectively with all levels of the organisation.
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent computer skills (proficient on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP).
A minimum of 4 years’ experience.
