The company is part of a multinational Group which is one of the biggest entrepreneurial realities of the international ceramic industry. They manufacture and distribute ceramic based products for interior design and construction means.
The company is strengthening its local business in France and is looking for a Business Developer. The tasks include:
Expanding sales of the Employer and the Group primarily in France
Using the CRM to compile activity reports
Building international brand awareness
Communicating with existing clients, seeking to generate additional sales and develop existing and new client relationship
Winning new clients and developing new client and potential client relationships
Working with sales advisors and other sales personnel of the Group
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate should have the following characteristics:
Degree in engineering or economics
3-5 years of experience as a commercial technician in a multinational company in the field of building materials or furniture, with experience on projects with design firms, developers, contractors, construction companies.
2-3 years of experience as technical staff in manufacturing or R&D in a multinational company in the field of building materials or furniture
Strong analytical skills, number management, use of CRM, periodic reporting on the achievement of results
Ability to work in team, determination, dedication and honesty
Willingness to enter into a new project and ability to manage pressure to obtain results
Adherence to company instructions, ability to take initiative in order to handle critical situations
Availability to travel within France and nearby countries
Languages: French (native), English (fluent spoken and written), Italian is a plus
