long time, no Paris ;)

Hello Internations members in Paris,

I haven’t been to Paris for years, and will be visiting for a couple of weeks over new year’s. Now I’m sure a lot has changed.
What are current restaurant tips? Are there new interesting places with innovative food? Maybe someone knows something about molecular food, I’d love to try that sometime! If not, I’d be happy for any recommendations.
