To complete our team in Paris and support the growth of our panels in EMEA and LATAM, we are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager - BAHASA MALAYSIA for the Digital Marketing Department. Your work will have a meaningful impact on the growth of our panels.

As part of our Paris-based team, you will:

- Represent Toluna by actively driving, growing and managing Toluna’s online communities and our social media pages in Malaysia, building healthy relationships with community members, and engaging directly with members online
- Analysis and monitor market trends, develop and implement necessary marketing programs to encourage more people to join our online communities in Malaysia
- Manage media buying campaigns with existing/new partners to achieve the set target with the monthly budget
- Respond to member inquiries via email
- Incentive redemption handling
- Translations and translation checks
- Assist in other markets such as Singapore if needed
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

- Native Bahasa Malaysian speaker is a must (elimination factor)
- Intermediate English is required
- Work experience in Singapore would be an advantage
- Experience in the market research industry is not compulsory
- Proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded, and can work without constant supervision
