What we are looking for?
We are seeking ambitious French, English and/or Spanish speakers to join our expanding team. The main objective of the role is to prospect property owners into joining the ever growing HomeRez.com solution. With this responsibility you will need to have sound negotiation skills and a flair for sales and relationship management. You will need to qualify and close new partnerships with home owners taking a consultative sales approach. The Sales Manager will be expected to capitalize on inbound leads and own their own lead generation through cold calling. We are not selling a hard product, we sell a great service and are rapidly expanding.
Ideally you will have at least two years experience in a commercial role - preferably in generating sales leads. With your experience, you understand how to listen to your customers, gain their trust and understand the occasional possible setbacks that come with such a role. The ability to keep your motivation whilst calling prospective partners is imperative in order to achieve our sales targets. A good understanding of the internet culture and experience within the travel industry are a plus for this position, although not a must for the right candidate. Basic computer knowledge is a must have, as is a great personality!
