Tips for travelling in Prague

Hi All,
I'm currently live in Nuernberg, and next weekend I'll go to Prague for vacation. Do you have any recommendations what must see, where must go & what must try there in Prague? If I go by saturday morning and leaving by sunday evening, do you think it'll be enough to see Prague? :)
