Expectation - Moving to Quito

Hi Guys,

I have a younger relative who wants to start a life in Quito.

For someone who will travel first time to Latin America, and does not speak Spanish!
What can he expect?.. he is a finance graduate, and speaks good English. How challenging is it to find a job? not only in the capital but in other cities.

I know this is a very general question, but I want to give him a good advice.. and that advice will come from you.
