Information about Rabat needed

Hi Guys,

My name is Isabel, i live in Bogota- Colombia and one of my french students need information about Rabat.

She would like to go on october to improve her French and she wants to know if in Morocco they speak french currently on the sreet, on tv etc.

She couldn't have the visa to go to Quebec and now she is thinking to go to Moroco.

Also she needs to know if the country it's safe and maybe if some one knows where she could stay for 3 months perharps with a French family and how much it will cost.
