Pet Import Permit (Riyadh)

Hi All,

I will be leaving for Riyadh at the end of the month and bringing my cat with me. I can arrange the paperwork on my end (vet, USDA, Saudi Embassy) but have been advised I will need a Pet Import Permit from the Ministry of Agriculture. Do any of you know how I can arrange this when I'm not in SA and won't have my Iqama until I've arrived in the country.
