Adult Education In Rome

Hi!

I'm moving to Rome at the end of the summer for work, and it seems I will stay in the long term (3 years at least, likely more).
English is my native language, however currently I don't speak Italian at all, but I'm in the process of learning, and already have plans on how to continue that.
However, I'm interested if there is any way for adults to complete their high school studies, in English, in Rome?

To clarify, I'm *not* looking for Italian language courses, those are easy to find. I'm looking for a way to get a High School education and diploma, in English, in Rome, for adults.

I'm sure this is something of an atypical question. So far, looking on the internet hasn't produced any proper results, as language courses are the only things I come across.
