Hello! My husband and I are moving to Rome from the U.S. in the spring of Protected content . He has accepted a job at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory in Monterotondo, and he will have a diplomatic visa. I have been told by the Human Resources Dept that if I go with him under this visa I cannot work in Italy. Does anyone know if there are exceptions? Is it possible for me to have an internet based business or freelance? I even thought about AirBnB - letting out one room in our house. Let me know your thoughts!
