Meet Italian people (Rome)

Hi.
I just arrived 2 days ago, I was busy to visit but I I'm now tired so that I'm thinking about spending a day without visits. I'd like to meet real Italian people, I came alone and it's difficult to make contact... I don't even speak Italian, but yes French, Spanish and some English.
I'd like to make contact with Italian people because I never had Italian friends and I think it's the better way to know a country.
