Room to rent short periods minimum 3 days or longer ones. The place is in walking distance from to Via Appia Nuova and ancient Via Appia Antica roma ruins, Villa dei Quintili, not far away from S. Callisto Catacombs and Cecilia Metella Mausoleo. If you want to have a walk in the ancient Rome in Via Appia Antica, it is a 5 min. walk from the flat and there you see how the roads were during the Roman period, it is very impressive!!!
In walking distance there are also Restaurants & Pizzerias, supermarkets, budger, bakery, farmacies, grossery, dry cleaner, hairdresser, banks and one bio market. Sports: horse riding clubs, tennis-clubs and in summer: open swimming pools. The first Golf-club Aquasanta, founded in Protected content at 5 minutes.
Well connected to the city centre is at 8 minutes from the underground metro A Arco di Travertino. First by bus 663, bus Protected content A Arco di Travertino and Eur Metro B) or bus 664, ( metro a Arco di Travertino) continuing by underground line A which serves the main spots like San Giovanni, main train station Termini, Spanish steps, Vatican ecc. Bus Protected content , conducts from home directly to the catacombs, the tomb of Cecilia Metella, Circus Maximus, underground Metro B and Colosseum.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a quite three floors building (all the buildings in this area are three floors buildings) with a beautiful garden on the three sides of the flat with fruit trees, flowers and a small vegetable garden. It is a two bedrooms lovely and cosy flat with a kitchen, one bathroom, a living room, all with wooden floor and woodwork The room to rent is bright with has a double bed and furnished, with High Speed Internet, and view on the garden. You can park your car in the street, no fees to be paid.
