For centuries, wine has been an integral part of our history and culture. It’s one of the cornerstones of Italian culinary tradition and we want to put it at the center of our weekend: From beef braised in Barolo to onions cooked in wine, we’ll teach you how to prepare several delicious wine based recipes in addition to excellent pairings during your meals.
In addition to a cooking class, the program includes a visit to a local winery where we will enjoy a short lesson on the wine making process, followed by a wine tasting and lunch.
You can stay for the entire weekend or just for the Saturday or Sunday activities.
Saturday February 20th

Caramelized onions with wine, goat cheese, toasted almonds and polenta
Ravioli stuffed with beef braised in Barolo wine
Guinea hen stuffed with chestnuts and grapes
Pear tarte tatin with malaga gelato (An upside down pear tart with a sweet red wine gelato)
