Private INS Health Insurance (San José)

Hello

I am new to the forum .

My wife and I have started discussing relocating to Costa Rica most likely Gaunacaste province . I think I mostly understand the Visa requirements and living costs from searches but with 2 small children health insurance is one of my bigger concerns. I know they have two systems and I am most interested in the Private side .
Until permanent residency is obtained can you still purchase the INS insurance and any idea on what rates may be. (I know it depends on age but any idea for a family of 4 would be appreciated.)

I have tried searching INS in the forum but doesn't seem to come up with anything.
