Moving to Santiago, Las Condes, Chile from... (Santiago de Chile)

I just became a member of this site in attempts to find expats near Las Condes; Santiago Chile'. I will be moving there Sept.1st.
-Are there any events set up?..
-Does anyone have any recommendations re; Woodward Spanish Institute (or one that would be *recommended for Spanish immersion classes).
-Do you have any insight on great place to go for Salsa/Tango Lessons?? And great salsa club in the L.C. area to hang out??
-I am a soccer fanatic. Do people play co-ed rec soccer there? How would I go about getting in touch w/someone?
-I too come from years of Financial advising w/Charles Schwab. I would like to find employment (doesn't have to be in financial services)... I am also a realtor, and have a degree as a chef... but would like to be working while there. Any insight??
