VISA TEMPORARIA requirements (Santiago de Chile)

Hello,

Has anyone applied for a temporary visa lately, not a sujeto a contracto one and if so, what were exactly the papers that you sent to extranjeria? I think the easiest option for me at least, would be the VISA TEMPORARIA PARA PROFESIONALES Y TÉCNICOS DE NIVEL SUPERIOR, but I am not really clear about how I should translate and legalize my master certificate.

Any thoughts?
