This goes out to the spanish community but in general to anyone who appreciates and misses the typical spanish dessert/cake called Roscón de Reyes. Does anyone know where to find this popular delicacy in Santiago??
It is my very favorite cake, fragrant and with a unique texture and flavor that is mainly (only!) sold around the Reyes Magos festivities on the 6 of January in Spain. I reccomend everyone to try it if you can find it!.
Also for the cooks that wishes to make their own, I provide below a couple pages. The only difficult ingredients to find are "agua de azahar" and "harina de fuerza" a strong in protein flour used for bread mainly. Does anyone know where to get them?
