Some basic questions (São Paulo)

Hi, Im a student from California State University East Bay and I am currently working on a report for my international human resources class.

Can someone let me know if you get training by your company when you were sent to work in Brazil? what kind? how long? Was it helpful?

Or performance appraisal..how is it done?, how often? You dont need to mention your company if you want it to be confidential..
