During August we perform new sign ups and new member registration for families and youngest members ages 4 to 14 years old. Trainings are held eight times a month in the evening at Kosevo Athletic Department Courts Track and Field.
The aim of the training is to maintain a healthy weight in children and to achieve the correct posture as well as good muscle tone through fitness interval training tennis rotational polygon. In our practices we use famous Active Youth YMCA method through games and tennis play to improve motoric skills, movement ,coordination and watching of the ball.
