Wǔshù in the heartlands? (Singapore)

Hi everyone,
I've been trying with limited success to find a traditional wǔshù (Martial Kung Fu) academy in Singapore that welcomes lǎo wài (foreigners), and more importantly teaches in English!
Probably testing my luck here... but does anyone know if such an academy exists?
