** editing the thread to include this info: willing to share / looking for a housemate **
I may be moving to Skopje for a one month course in June (ends 05 July). I have read other threads on housing and the advice to have a Macedonian make first contact with landlords in order to get a good price / the right price for a flat seems logical; I'd say the same to anyone coming to Iceland.
I have a few Macedonian acquaintances who I am sure will help me out, but I would like to get the expat community's view on where I should focus my attention in terms of flat hunting.
If accepted I will be attending a course at South East European University (Osma Udarna Brigada, nr.39), and would like to live near it - or an easy bus ride away. I won't have a car - actually I may :) - it's all rather up on the air, but I am trying to be prepared, for once :) I have visited Skopje, but am not familiar enough to make an informed decision.
