It's that time of year again! The Swedish Irish Society's theater group Spuds and Sill will be putting on a play during the St. Patrick's week festivities and this time out it is The Cripple of Inishmaan.
If that sounds familiar it might be because Daniel Radcliffe just won an award for his portrayal of the "cripple" Billy during the play's London run. We can't promise Daniel Radcliffe but we can offer a great night out with this very dark comedy!
Set in the Protected content on a small island off the west coast of Ireland, the play follows along as the locals try to catch the attention of the Hollywood film team that has come to document their way of life. Who will get swept away to America to be a star?
See you on the 21 and 22 of March for the answer to that question! Tickets are Protected content , if there's a lot of interest (maybe a group activity?) I should be able to fix a discount rate for Internations members. More information and online booking is available at Protected content and we hope to see you there!
