Moving to Stuttgart with a dog

Hello All,

i'm moving by the end of the year to Stuttgart, and i have a huge rottweiler dog, the problem that i was reading that the laws are very strict in germany regarding the dogs and the possibility to find a decent apartment that accept dogs is pretty small, so i need to take a house in the suburbs, and still there is a possibility to have issues with neighbors, regarding barking, muzzles,...etc.

please advise whether i should bring the dog or not, as i love this dog, but i can't afford the huge house with garden.

currently im living in greece, and i need to makeup my mind to bring him with me, or against my will find somebody to adopt him.
